Since 2012, we have been creating economic opportunities for residents of San Pablo and West Contra Costa by collaborating with community leaders, job partners, and businesses. We met challenges faced by residents, business owners, and families with solutions that produced success. We have implemented nine industry-specific workforce programs to equip our residents for promising careers with upward mobility. We designed a full suite of marketing programs and education for business owners to push them to the next level of success. We pursued New Market Tax Credit allocation to build places for families to thrive in, such as the Community Center and Rumrill Sports Park..

However, there is much more work to be done. Systemic change begins with our education, workforce, and social structures. We remain committed to listening to the needs of our residents to create systems and pathways towards educational attainment. We are committed to our businesses to provide tools they need for success. We are committed to raising the bar in San Pablo and hold people accountable through civic engagement and private-public partnerships.

Looking ahead, we intend to work with you as our supporter. Will you join us in making positive change to San Pablo and beyond?
