San Pablo EDC in partnership with East Bay Works - America's Job Center of California will host the five day course free of charge. HAZWOPER or Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response Training Course is designed to address any potential risks of hazardous materials in the workplace particularly for construction, environmental cleanup, and refineries. Employers will speak to class to recruit and inform participants about job opportunities.
The course will meet five consecutive days from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday-Friday.
You must attend an orientation and obtain a physician's clearance to enroll.
