HUD Certification Locations

Many affordable purchase programs and/or down payment assistance programs require a U.S. Housing & Urban Development (HUD) certified homebuyer education certificate. The Bay Area Affordable Homeownership Alliance currently partners with a HUD certificate provider for its Antioch and San Leandro homebuyer assistance programs.
